Starting a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@lavaarmor.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong quantity, or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@lavaarmor.com. Including your order number and photos of the item and packaging will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a return. Custom or personalized orders, if offered, may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item or pack size is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
